Refund Policy

Although we never intend to damage or lose your items, this may occur in rare cases. If this happens, please contact us immediately at 9980505043 so that we can begin working to make things right. You can read our full policy here.


 

Damaged Item:

We take the utmost care when cleaning your garments and only use processes that we believe are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. However, we cannot accept responsibility for inherent flaws or defects in materials or workmanship that are not obvious prior to processing. Furthermore, we ask that customers empty their pockets before putting laundry out for pickup, as Stylus White is not responsible for any damage to your garments caused by items left in pockets (such as pens and lipstick). 



 

• Any reimbursement for a dry cleaning or household laundry item deemed damaged by Stylus White shall be limited to and shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the damaged item (not inclusive of tax and other fees), regardless of the brand, price, or condition of the garment. 

• Any reimbursement for a kilo wash laundry item determined to be damaged by Stylus White shall be limited to and not exceed ten (10) times the weight of the item multiplied by the charge per kilo of wash (not including tax and other fees), regardless of brand, price, or condition of the garment. 



 

Lost Item: 



To receive reimbursement, any missing items must be reported to 9980505043 within Two (2) days of the completed order's delivery. Each claim is reviewed individually. All decisions regarding lost items are at the sole discretion of Stylus White and are final. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by applicable law. 



 

• 1.Any reimbursement for a dry cleaning or household laundry item deemed lost by Stylus White shall be limited to and not exceed ten (10) times the cost of cleaning the lost item (excluding tax and other fees), regardless of the garment's brand, price, or condition. 



• Any reimbursement for a kilo wash item deemed lost by Stylus White is limited to and shall not exceed ten (10) times the weight of the item multiplied by the charge per kilo of wash (not including tax and other fees), regardless of the garment's brand, price, or condition.

 

 

Furthermore, we ask that customers empty their pockets before placing laundry out for pickup, as Stylus White does not accept responsibility, as bailee or under any other statutory or common law property principle, for any items left in pockets or within bundles of garments (i.e., jewellery, watches, cash).
